Sambasiva Diagnostics

Sambasiva Diagnostics is where the group started, in 2010: a clinical laboratory in Vuyyuru handling referred testing for doctors and walk-in patients across Krishna District — hundreds of test types, reported the same day wherever possible.
Its day-to-day systems — registration, billing, doctor referrals, reporting — are being rebuilt in-house by the group's own studio, replacing off-the-shelf lab software with something made for how a referral lab actually works.

Siri Global Trade

Siri Global Trade handles the group's import and export business, moving goods between India and overseas markets.
It also keeps the group fluent in the realities of cross-border trade — freight, documentation, settlement — experience that feeds directly into the logistics platform we are building.

Software studio
Lipi Technologies

Lipi Technologies is where the group writes its software. Every platform we operate — commerce, healthcare, logistics — is designed, built and maintained here, by the same small team that answers when something breaks.
Alongside the group's own products, the studio takes on a limited amount of client work: storefronts, business systems and the kind of software small companies need but rarely get built well.

Lipi Commerce gives an independent merchant the machinery of a large retailer: a fast online store on their own domain, WhatsApp ordering, point-of-sale, inventory that stays honest across all three, and payments settled to their own account.
Each merchant runs on their own isolated store — their data and their customers are theirs. Plans are priced for small businesses, in rupees for India and dollars for Australia.

Lipi Care
Rolling out with first hospitals
Most patients in our towns don't download hospital apps; they use WhatsApp. Lipi Care lets a hospital take outpatient bookings directly in the chat — department, doctor, slot, confirmation — with a simple web app for front-desk staff to manage the day.
It is built for multi-hospital use from the start, so a group of clinics can run scheduling on one system without sharing each other's data.

Courier & fulfilment network
Sambasiva Logistics
In development
Shipping is where small merchants lose the most time: comparing courier rates, booking pickups, chasing tracking numbers. Sambasiva Logistics connects the group's commerce platforms to courier networks through one integration, so an order becomes a shipment without leaving the system.
The platform is in active development, and it draws on what the group already knows from years of moving goods for its own businesses.
