A family company, run like a studio.
Sambasiva Group is the Jonnalagadda family of Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh — in business since 2010, from a clinical laboratory to cross-border trade, and now an engineering studio building software for businesses like our own.
The story
It began in 2010 with Sambasiva Diagnostics, a referral clinical laboratory in Vuyyuru. Siri Global Trade, the family's import–export house, followed. The group grew into software when it became clear that the shops, labs and couriers around us were all running on paper, phone calls and patience.
In 2025 the family incorporated Sambasiva Group Private Limited in India and Sambasiva Group Pty Ltd in South Australia — both trading as Lipi Technologies. The Indian company anchors our work at home; the Australian company serves merchants in Adelaide and beyond.
Six ventures run on this foundation — a clinical laboratory, a trading house, a software studio, a commerce platform, a healthcare scheduler and a logistics network. Every line of software among them is written, hosted and supported by our own team.
How we work
Run what we build
We design, build, host and answer the phone for every platform we operate. There is no vendor to blame and no hand-off — the people who wrote the software keep it running.
Stay close to the counter
Our products are shaped in real shops, clinics and warehouses, not in slide decks. If a feature doesn't survive contact with a busy Tuesday morning, it doesn't ship.
Build to keep
We price fairly, grow slowly and intend to run these platforms for decades. Nothing here is built to be flipped.
